Filmed Impressions And Winter Emotions

Get a first impression of Val Gardena from this breathtaking video-clip:

In the first minutes of the video you can see the most important mountains (this was shot in winter, so you get an idea of all the snow and the skiing possibilities), thereafter you see first-hand footage about the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Gardena called the “Saslong Classic” (both super-G and classic downhill races) also including some of the preparation work done with the snowcats – which is a quite interesting sequence to see by itself.

The video continues with some of the most exciting slopes in the valley – all shot from a helicopter, so you get to see them from the air with a bird’s eye view.

The clip is rounded off with some time dedicated to the locations in Val Gardena and all the winter-sporting possibilities at your disposal even if you prefer not to use the skies and of course some typical Val Gardena food.
